Luminex® Assays
R&D Systems的Luminex多重因子檢測分析套組專為在保持檢測特異性的同時，最大化多重檢測能力與靈活性而設計。
特色包括：
- 分析物選擇靈活，提供市場上最大且可自由組合的檢測目錄
- 預混磁珠套組，加快結果產出速度
- 經過性能驗證與測試
- 可從數百種分析物中自由選擇，涵蓋人類、小鼠、大鼠、豬與非人靈長類等多種物種。
Luminex 多重因子檢測利用帶有顏色編碼的磁性微珠，每顆微珠帶有特定抗體以捕捉目標分析物。 不同微珠可同時混合與樣本孵育，之後再透過生物素化偵測抗體與鏈親和素-藻紅蛋白 （streptavidin-PE）結合進行檢測，實現多重高靈敏分析。
